Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, performance, security, and usability aspects
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Execute manual and automated regression testing across web and mobile applications
- Lead defect lifecycle management in JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and user experience gaps
- Champion continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) quality gates
- Mentor junior QA engineers and improve testing methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years QA experience
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and programming languages (Python/Java)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
