Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Lead exploratory testing sessions and create detailed test plans for complex web/mobile applications
- Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Analyze defects using JIRA and drive root cause analysis with engineering teams
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices across departments
- Develop performance and security test suites using JMeter and OWASP ZAP
- Document test cases, procedures, and quality metrics in Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 2+ years in test automation leadership
- Expert proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD integration
- Experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) using Postman and Newman
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
