Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium and Playwright.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end testing, integration testing, and performance stress testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA best practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production issues to prevent future regressions.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Draft and execute comprehensive test plans and strategy documents for new product features.
- Monitor system performance metrics to ensure adherence to high availability SLAs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or SDET roles.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for automation scripting.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in SQL and data validation techniques.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile/Scrum environment.
