Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and implement root cause analysis
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and release readiness evaluations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in SQL, REST API testing, and performance testing tools
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with defect management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
