Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Automate complex test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-standard CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect investigation sessions with engineering teams to drive root cause analysis
- Maintain and optimize test environments across cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Implement continuous testing practices within Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Document test artifacts with precision (test plans, cases, scripts, reports)
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality engineering best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA roles with 3+ years in test automation leadership
- Expertise in Selenium, Appium, and at least one major testing framework
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter)
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Agile/Scrum Master or similar quality certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating test automation architecture projects
