Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, security, and regression testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Execute exploratory testing to identify edge cases and user experience issues
- Document test cases, defects, and quality metrics using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with product managers to define quality acceptance criteria
- Mentor QA team members on best practices and emerging testing technologies
- Analyze test data to drive continuous improvement in product quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with focus on web/mobile applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and QA processes
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with security testing principles and tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
