Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Lead regression testing cycles and document detailed defect reports in JIRA
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define quality metrics
- Conduct performance and security testing using industry-standard tools
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion best practices
- Analyze test data to identify trends and drive process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with SaaS products
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in QA (CSTE, CSQA) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
