Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Python to enhance test coverage by 40%
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated QA workflows
- Execute exploratory testing and document defects with precision in JIRA

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in QA roles with 3+ years in test automation
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and Python/Java for automation
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA in DevOps
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified Professional Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
