Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate validation cycles
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and Confluence, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Execute exploratory testing to identify edge cases and user experience issues
- Champion continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline enhancements
- Mentor QA team members and conduct code reviews for test automation frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with proven track record in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in SQL, API testing (Postman, RestAssured), and performance testing tools
- Experience with defect tracking systems and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
