Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with emphasis on automation
- Expert knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, and continuous integration pipelines
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java for test automation frameworks
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman or similar tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Proven track record of improving defect detection rates by 30%+
