Are you a meticulous problem-solver with a passion for building robust software? NexusFlow is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead our testing strategy and ensure our next-generation cloud platform maintains industry-leading reliability.
You will work directly with our engineering team to implement automated workflows and ensure our deployments remain seamless and bug-free.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks from scratch.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify critical test requirements early in the SDLC.
- Execute complex integration, regression, and performance testing cycles.
- Develop detailed test plans and documentation to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Actively monitor production systems and troubleshoot anomalies to root cause.
- Mentor junior QA staff and foster a culture of quality-first development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.
