Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Perform advanced API testing and integration testing to ensure backend reliability.
- Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter or similar tools to identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab).
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews for test automation scripts.
- Identify, document, and track defects with precision, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Drive the adoption of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Shift-Left testing methodologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Deep understanding of SQL and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
