Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and security testing
- Develop automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Python
- Lead quality assurance initiatives for cloud-based SaaS platforms
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration with JIRA and Jenkins
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor QA team members and establish best practices
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria
- Generate detailed test reports and quality metrics for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience without degree)
- Expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools and test automation frameworks
- Certified Tester (ISTQB) or equivalent QA certification preferred
- Experience testing cybersecurity products or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of mentoring QA engineers
