Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate testing cycles
- Execute exploratory testing and document detailed defect reports in JIRA
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and drive quality improvements
- Mentor QA team members on testing methodologies and tools
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical production issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/testing with SaaS products
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Proficiency in SQL, REST API testing, and performance testing tools
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Experience with defect management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
