Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium/Cypress and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
- Lead root cause analysis of production defects and drive preventive actions
- Mentor QA team members and establish best practices for quality assurance
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality metrics
- Conduct API and security testing using Postman and OWASP ZAP
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 2+ years in test automation
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript/Python
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and defect tracking systems
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
