Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and mentor junior QA engineers
- Champion quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria
- Stay current with emerging QA tools and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 2+ years in test automation
- Expertise in Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and CI/CD tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker)
