Apex Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality across various platforms (Web, Mobile, API).
- Develop and maintain automated regression suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, prioritizing them based on impact and severity.
- Collaborate closely with Software Developers and Product Managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Perform performance and load testing to ensure system scalability under heavy traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA trends, tools, and best practices to improve our testing processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, SDET, or Test Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Deep knowledge of SQL and experience querying databases.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, or Swagger).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
