Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium/Cypress for CI/CD integration
- Lead defect management processes in JIRA with root cause analysis
- Implement API testing with Postman and SOAPUI for microservices architecture
- Conduct exploratory testing for complex user workflows
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and tools
- Champion quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA roles with SaaS or fintech experience
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Java/Python/C#)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter/K6)
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
