In this role, you will be responsible for defining the QA strategy, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences.
What You Will Do
We are looking for a self-starter who can take ownership of quality across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to create a seamless development and testing process.
Responsibilities
- Test Automation Strategy: Design, develop, and maintain a robust test automation framework using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines to ensure immediate feedback on code quality.
- Performance Testing: Execute performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or Gatling to ensure system stability.
- API Testing: Validate RESTful APIs using Postman or similar tools to guarantee data integrity.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with Agile teams to define acceptance criteria, write test cases, and perform exploratory testing.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong background in Automation (SDET).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript is required.
- Frameworks: Solid experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and issue trackers (Jira).
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and TDD/BDD methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
