Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, performance, security, and accessibility requirements
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate regression testing cycles
- Champion continuous integration pipelines by integrating JIRA/TestRail workflows
- Conduct root cause analysis of production defects and drive preventive measures
- Mentor QA team members in testing methodologies and tools
- Collaborate with product owners to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Execute load testing with JMeter/Gatling for critical user journeys
- Document test artifacts with clear, actionable reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA roles with proven experience in fintech or regulated industries
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Python/Java preferred)
- Strong knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certified ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Experience with SQL for database validation and API testing with Postman
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and security testing tools
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
