Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Write and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, smoke, and edge-case testing.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable continuous delivery.
- Perform API testing and validation using Postman, RestAssured, and Swagger.
- Identify, track, and reproduce bugs with high precision, collaborating closely with developers for resolution.
- Optimize test scripts for performance and execution speed to ensure rapid feedback loops.
- Mentor QA engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Expert knowledge of web automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, or Puppeteer.
- Experience with API testing tools and methodologies (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI).
- Familiarity with SQL for database verification and data integrity checks.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development (TDD).
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
