Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and growth opportunities.
- Develop robust A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to maintaining high standards of code quality and peer review.
- Communicate findings through intuitive data visualizations and high-impact executive presentations.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to identify and implement cutting-edge models and techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, specifically in a product-focused environment.
- Expertise in Python or R, with a strong focus on machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Proven ability to write production-grade SQL for large-scale data manipulation and complex querying.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Demonstrated experience in presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
