Responsibilities
- Design & Execution: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to ensure code quality.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate testing tools into the CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to facilitate continuous integration and delivery.
- Bug Tracking: Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce, diagnose, and verify fixes for reported bugs using Jira and similar tools.
- Performance Testing: Conduct load and stress testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance under high traffic.
- Test Strategy: Define and implement testing strategies, best practices, and quality metrics to improve overall software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on Automation Testing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and HTTP protocols.
- Tools: Expertise in testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium) and tools like Postman, JIRA, and Docker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
