Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Integrate comprehensive automated test suites into Jenkins/GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define high-level test strategies for complex features.
- Conduct performance and load testing to identify and resolve system bottlenecks before deployment.
- Lead root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventative automated checks.
- Mentor junior QA professionals on advanced automation patterns and clean code principles.
- Drive the adoption of Quality Assistance models across the entire software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance with a mastery of test automation.
- Expert proficiency in at least one major programming language: Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Deep experience testing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs (RestAssured, Postman).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure environments, specifically AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven track record of implementing shift-left testing strategies in an Agile environment.
