Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Design comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) to enable continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and define acceptance criteria early in the development lifecycle.
- Debug and diagnose complex production issues, providing root cause analysis and documentation.
- Stay current with industry trends and implement new testing methodologies to improve efficiency.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews for test scripts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Deep expertise in web automation frameworks and API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for data validation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.
