Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation test suites using Cypress/Selenium
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing integration
- Create comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security testing
- Lead defect management and triage processes in JIRA
- Conduct API testing with Postman and REST-assured
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
- Drive test coverage improvements across mobile and web platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 3+ years in fintech/healthcare
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript for test frameworks
- Certified Selenium WebDriver or Cypress Specialist
- Strong SQL and database testing experience
- Agile/Scrum methodology mastery
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- BS in Computer Science or related field
