Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive regression test plans for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test criteria.
- Integrate automated testing frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous feedback.
- Analyze bug reports and provide detailed feedback to the development team to facilitate timely resolutions.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Continuously improve testing strategies and methodologies to increase efficiency and coverage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Extensive experience with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
