Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing across cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Develop performance and security test suites for high-transaction financial applications
- Mentor junior QA engineers on agile testing methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to define test strategies for new feature releases
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation with proven track record in fintech
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major automation framework
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation
- Certified in ISTQB Advanced Test Automation or equivalent
- Experience with mobile testing (Appium) and cross-browser compatibility testing
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into test cases and scenarios
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and test management platforms
