Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test automation strategies using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Develop performance and security test suites for high-transaction financial applications
- Lead quality metrics reporting and root cause analysis for production incidents
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish continuous improvement processes
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to refine acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Expertise in test automation frameworks with 3+ years hands-on experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for test scripting
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
