Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a scalable automated testing framework using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Lead the execution of regression, smoke, and integration testing suites to ensure 99.9% system stability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Implement performance and load testing strategies using tools like JMeter or Gatling.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) to enable continuous delivery.
- Identify, report, and track software defects with precision using JIRA.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure testing best practices are followed across the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years focused on Automation Testing.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and experience testing them (Postman, Swagger).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
