The Role: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at NexusTech, you will be responsible for architecting and building scalable web applications. You will work at the intersection of design and engineering, ensuring our products are not only robust and performant but also intuitive and user-centric.

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure the best possible user experience.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring best practices for CI/CD pipelines and deployment.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, cross-functional environment.
