Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated testing frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Integrate automated test suites into Jenkins/GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous delivery.
- Lead the shift-left strategy by collaborating with developers on unit testing and TDD best practices.
- Execute complex performance and stress testing using JMeter or K6 to ensure platform stability under high load.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents and implement preventative automated checks.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews for automation scripts to ensure high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance with a heavy focus on automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one programming language (TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Java).
- Proven track record of building scalable UI and API automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and testing distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical bugs into actionable business insights.
