Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead API and performance testing for high-transaction payment platforms
- Mentor QA teams in continuous integration and test-driven development practices
- Execute exploratory testing to identify edge cases in complex financial systems
- Collaborate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and test coverage metrics
- Document test plans, test cases, and quality metrics using JIRA and Confluence
- Drive root cause analysis of production defects and prevention strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript for test scripting and frameworks
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and GraphQL testing tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerized testing
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Proven track record in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS domains
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, K6, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
