Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Execute comprehensive test planning including functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and integrate automated testing into DevOps workflows
- Analyze test results using JIRA and Confluence, driving continuous improvement processes
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish quality standards across cross-functional teams
- Lead API testing using Postman and REST-assured with 80%+ test coverage
- Champion quality metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of QA automation experience with 3+ years in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for test automation
- Proven track record of building maintainable test frameworks from scratch
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
