Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Develop comprehensive test strategies for cloud-native microservices architectures
- Lead performance and security testing initiatives using JMeter and OWASP ZAP
- Mentor junior QA engineers in best practices and continuous integration pipelines
- Integrate test automation into DevOps workflows using Jenkins and Docker
- Analyze defect trends and drive quality improvements across the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and test coverage
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 3+ years in SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/Python and testing frameworks
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (REST, GraphQL) and SOAP services
- Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and compliance testing
- Experience with mobile testing (Appium, XCUITest)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into test cases
