Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and MRO supplies
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for cost savings initiatives
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, POs, and vendor performance tracking
- Analyze market trends and risk factors affecting supply chain continuity
- Oversee inventory management and demand planning for critical components
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve procurement efficiency and sustainability
- Mentor junior procurement staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial procurement
- Advanced negotiation skills with track record of 15%+ cost savings
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and KPIs
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities
