Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Logistics Operations Manager to spearhead our supply chain strategies in Singapore. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for streamlining our end-to-end logistics processes, optimizing supply chain networks, and ensuring the seamless delivery of goods to our global clientele.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full logistics cycle, including freight forwarding, warehousing, inventory control, and last-mile delivery.
- Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to secure the best rates and service levels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with local Singaporean regulations and international trade laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan capacity effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
