- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline the procure-to-pay process and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor global market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Oversee departmental budget forecasting, expense tracking, and inventory replenishment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, quality standards, and company procurement policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings through effective vendor negotiations.
- Deep proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel/Data analysis.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage high-performing procurement teams.
- Certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable procurement strategies.
