Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments with precision and safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) after certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Assemble packaging materials and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspace throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or general labor experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
