We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Procurement Manager to oversee our supply chain operations in Austin. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for optimizing our procurement strategies, managing key vendor relationships, and driving cost-reduction initiatives that directly impact our bottom line.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's long-term business goals.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, contract management, and vendor onboarding.
- Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, engineering) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in leading negotiations and managing complex vendor relationships.
- Expert knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and procurement software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and supply chain metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
