Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead contract negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers securing $5M+ annually
- Optimize inventory turnover and cost reduction through data-driven analytics
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across operations and finance
- Implement and maintain procurement software systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Drive sustainability initiatives in supply chain operations
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and develop team KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Advanced negotiation skills with complex international suppliers
- Strong analytical abilities with Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience in manufacturing or CPG industry preferred
