Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for strategic categories (IT, logistics, raw materials)
- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers, achieving 12-15% cost savings annually
- Lead vendor management programs, ensuring SLA compliance and risk mitigation
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies (SAP Ariba, Coupa) for automation
- Drive ESG procurement initiatives, achieving 30% sustainable sourcing targets
- Analyze market trends to forecast price volatility and recommend hedging strategies
- Mentor procurement specialists through structured development programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ years in team leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in category management (IT, logistics, manufacturing)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of $2M+ cost savings initiatives
- Experience managing international supplier networks across 3+ continents
- Strong contract negotiation skills with risk management focus
- Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
