Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ key commodity categories
- Lead contract negotiations with global suppliers to secure optimal terms and pricing
- Manage vendor relationships and performance through KPI-driven scorecards
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee purchasing budget allocation and spend analysis reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement sustainable and ethical sourcing practices across the supply chain
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive purchasing experience in manufacturing
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven success in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in spend analysis tools
