Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize total cost of ownership
- Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance management for key categories
- Implement e-procurement systems and digital transformation initiatives
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to ensure continuity
- Manage cross-functional procurement budgets exceeding $50M
- Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing compliance across global suppliers
- Mentor and develop procurement team members through targeted training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive procurement experience with 5+ years in management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in cost reduction and supplier relationship management
- Advanced data analytics and negotiation skills
- Experience managing international supply chains and cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of trade compliance and sustainability standards
