Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/procurement experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and category management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and procurement analytics
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings
- Experience managing international supplier networks
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with financial acumen
