Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing cost savings of 15%+ annually
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract execution
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction and risk mitigation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain supplier performance metrics and KPIs
- Oversee $50M+ annual procurement budget with rigorous financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive purchasing/sourcing experience in manufacturing/tech
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong contract management and risk assessment capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
