Responsibilities

- Lead vendor negotiations securing 15-20% cost savings annually
- Oversee supplier performance management and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procurement integration
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG compliance
- Manage purchasing budget of $25M+ with 95% on-time delivery
- Analyze market trends to drive innovation in procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience in APAC sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement systems
- Expertise in contract negotiation and risk assessment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional operations
