- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for multi-million dollar agreements

- Oversee procurement budget and ensure compliance with purchasing policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement sustainable sourcing initiatives and supplier diversity programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and KPI reporting
- Proven track record in vendor management and strategic sourcing
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage complex contracts
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and supply chain risk management
