- Lead complex, high-stakes negotiations with global vendors to secure industry-leading terms and service levels.
- Utilize advanced supply chain analytics to forecast market trends, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering and Finance to align procurement with product lifecycles.
- Modernize procurement workflows by implementing AI-driven vendor management and automated inventory systems.
- Oversee supplier performance audits and develop rigorous quality assurance protocols.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of procurement specialists to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's or MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic purchasing with a proven track record in manufacturing or logistics.
- Advanced proficiency in Tier 1 ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Cloud Procurement.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM) from a recognized industry body.
- Expert-level negotiation skills with experience managing an annual spend exceeding $75 million.
- Deep understanding of international trade laws, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable procurement strategies.
