Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with global suppliers to optimize costs
- Manage supplier performance and relationships using KPI-driven metrics
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain disruptions
- Implement procurement technologies to enhance process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive purchasing/sourcing experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record in cost reduction and supplier diversification
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
